this is an old favourite with the boys... but it has been recently forgotton.wholemeal pitta bread, tomato puree and then pizza toppings. i toasted the pitta a little before throwing on the ham, mushrooms and cheese but they would have probably been just as happy without that step.
and i had anchovies and sliced tomatoes on mine. yum.
